Lift your booty, baby!


I thought this week I would share a quick and dirty booty circuit, guaranteed to give you the FITMOM burn!  What better way to start the week off?!?

You can do this circuit with or without your baby.  If you are using your baby as added weight resistance, keep him hugged towards your body and support his head and neck.

Don't forget to start with a warm up and turn up the tunes to keep yourself motivated!   If you are new to exercising, start with the least number of repetitions and gradually increase over time.

Squats:
10-20 Reps

Lunges:
10-20 Reps/Leg

Plie Squat
10-20 Reps

Donkey Kicks
10-20 Reps/Leg
from a table top position press heel up towards the ceiling

Fire Hydrant
10-20 Reps/Leg
from a table top position lift hip away from the midline of your body

Repeat 2-3 times

Follow with a warm-down and stretch.
